Payment Options

We use Paypal for online transactions. Paypal accept the following credit cards:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

Debit cards or bank cards are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.  

We also accept Direct Credit of funds.  Our bank information will automatically appear at checkout. 

All prices are in NZ dollars and are GST exclusive. 

The name that will appear on your statement will be Rhinestone Baby Limited. 

Approved charge account holders may continue to select the 'on account' option at check out in which case our standard terms (payment due 20th of the month following) will apply. 


Delivery NZ

Standard packaging and freight charge on all NZ deliveries is $8.90 excluding GST which will be added at checkout. 

Orders are shipped via courier with a tracking number.  Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days.  All packages are sent with signature required unless the address is a rural delivery.  If no one is there when the courier attempts delivery, a card will be left for your to contact the courier depot to organise re-delivery.

Faulty product

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.  If damage occurs during transit we will gladly exchange or refund the item.  Please make sure however that you have made contact with us here within 7 days of receiving the order with details of the fault, then return the item to us. 

Not what you expected

We understand that ordering jewellery online does not give the buyer the same tactile ability to assess the products as ordering from samples.  So we understand that you might receive your odrder and find something is not as you expected it to be.  Simple!  Contact us here so we can log your claim, then return the item to us unworn and in original pacaging and we will issue a credit. 

Your customer has a problem post sale

It happens occasionally and we take every problem seriously.  We understand the value of your relationship with your customer is as important as ours with you.  We also know that you are all business people and pretty expert at assessing what is reasonable and what is not.  Any post sale claims are considered on their merits * and where appropriate, exchanges or credits are offered.  Please be aware that general wear and tear of products does not constitute a product fault. 

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable.  However, if you are returning an item for exchange, you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.
